Throughout the week leading up to Halloween, the city will be buzzing with events and eerie entertainment:
- Walk the Plank are hosting an unmissable roaming performance with dancing monster puppets, stilt walkers, and a brass band on 25th – 26th October.
- Monster Fashion Week: Compete for the chance to be crowned Manchester’s Most Monstrous! Simply post a picture on Instagram with the tags #HalloweenMCR and #MCRMonsterFashion to enter.
- Exchange Square transforms into a graveyard rave-yard, with DJ Ghostman and Born to be Wild Child performing throughout the weekend.
- Collect sticker sheets at each celebration to build your own monster and win a mini monster prize.
- Iconic buildings across the city, including Manchester Central Library, Great Northern Warehouse, and Manchester Central, will light up green every evening from 25th – 31st October.
- St Ann’s Square will host a family-friendly freakshow featuring roaming circus performers, hula-hooping workshops, and a hall of mirrors.
