After your long journey from China, your room will be ready for check-in from 4pm, allowing you to relax and settle in comfortably. Check-out is by 11am on your departure day, but if you require additional time, late check-out can be arranged for a small fee, subject to availability.
Arriving early? We may be able to provide early check-in, also subject to availability and an additional charge. If your travel plans change or you need assistance before your arrival, our 24-hour reception team is always available—whether you're arriving late at night or require a smooth and hassle-free check-in.
To check in at City Suites, guests must provide a valid government-issued ID and a debit/credit card in their name.
CitySuites is just a 25-minute drive from Manchester Airport. For visitors arriving from China, the most convenient way to reach the hotel is by taking a taxi upon arrival—a quick and stress-free option after a long flight.
Alternatively, you can take public transport, with train and tram connections available from Manchester Airport to the city centre for those who prefer a more budget-friendly travel option.
Every suite at CitySuites is equipped with a convenient washer/dryer for your use. For dry cleaning, simply place your items in the provided bags and hand them to reception – we'll have them returned to your suite the next day (charges apply).
Please note, if you’re staying in a Studio Apartment at CitySuites II, these do not include a washer/dryer, making them an ideal choice for short-term stays in Manchester.
Yes, we provide complimentary luggage storage at reception. If you are arriving from or departing to China and have an early arrival or late flight, you can safely store your luggage with us until your suite is ready or you are ready to depart.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express, as payment. We recommend carrying some cash in GBP for your stay in Manchester as some local shops or markets may only accept cash.

Yes, all apartments are equipped with a kettle and a selection of teas, and you can also request additional tea options at reception.
Currently, CitySuites does not have dedicated Chinese-speaking staff, but our 24-hour reception team is always available to assist you.
Yes! Manchester’s Chinatown, one of the largest in the UK, is just a short walk from CitySuites. You’ll find a variety of authentic Chinese restaurants here, as well as supermarkets selling Asian delicacies and products.
Our Sky TVs allow access to a variety of English-speaking channels, while Chinese TV channels are not pre-installed.
If you have a HDMI cable, you can connect your laptop to the back of the TV and stream from your own device.
