After your journey to Manchester from the Middle East, your suite will be ready from 4pm on the day of arrival, giving you plenty of time to settle in. Check-out is by 11 am on your departure day, but if you’d like a little extra time, late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Arriving earlier? We may be able to offer early check-in, also subject to availability and a charge. If you experience any delays or need assistance before your arrival, our team is here to help – simply give us a call or send us an email. With a 24-hour reception, we’re always on hand, even if you’re catching a late flight in!
To check in at CitySuites, guests must provide a valid government-issued ID and a debit/credit card in their name.
CitySuites is approximately a 25-minute drive from Manchester Airport. For travellers arriving from the Middle East, the most convenient way to reach CitySuites is by arranging a taxi upon your arrival at Manchester Airport – a quick and comfortable option after a long flight.
Every suite at CitySuites is equipped with a convenient washer/dryer for your use.
For dry cleaning, simply place your items in the provided bags and hand them to reception – we'll have them returned to your suite the next day (charges apply).
Please note, if you’re staying in a Studio Apartment at CitySuites II, these do not include a washer/dryer, making them an ideal choice for short-term stays in Manchester.
Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage at reception. If you're flying to or from the Middle East and arrive early or have a late flight, you can safely store your luggage with us until your suite is ready or you're ready to depart.
CitySuites is located in the heart of Manchester, close to Selfridges, the Arndale, and Deansgate, offering easy access to the city’s shopping, dining, and cultural attractions.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express, as payment. For travellers from the Middle East, we recommend carrying some cash in GBP for your stay in Manchester as some local shops or markets may only accept cash.

Yes, Embankment Kitchen serves halal food, with lots of vegetarian options. As with any dietary requirement, please inform your server when you arrive to the restaurant so the team are aware.

Unfortunately our facilities are open for every guest to use, and we don't allow private hire of our pool and gym spaces.
Our swimming pool is family friendly, so children are welcome, but they must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please refer to the notices in this area for further information.
