We may be able to arrange early check-in, but this is chargeable and subject to availability.
You may store your bags at the building prior to checking in.
Our reception is open 24hrs. When checking in we will require a form of ID and the credit/debit card used at the time of booking with the cardholder present for payment.
Late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
You may store your bags at the building after checking out.
CitySuites has a 18m pool and jacuzzi for use of residents and guests only. It is located on the ground floor of CitySuites.
Our modern gym is open 24/7 and located on the 1st floor (turn right out of the lifts).

Once parked, take your ticket to our reception team who will be able to validate it for you.
Every time you need to leave the car park, please inform our reception team. They will call concierge to come and open the barrier for you so you can exit without your ticket.
Pre-authorisations are a global standard practice in hotels.
Upon check-in, we will use a valid credit or debit card to take a pre-authorisation deposit. The money will not actually leave the account, but the funds will be unavailable to access and may appear as a "pending" transaction. After check-out, the money is automatically released and returned to the account.
We take a pre-authorisation to cover any incidentals or damages, including odour removal, deep clean, and loss of income incurred if the apartment has to be put out of service.
In your apartment, you will find various appliances, including an oven, microwave, hob, AC, etc.

CitySuites provides weekly cleans for stays over 7 nights which includes a full suite clean and a biweekly towel change of all towels.
For stays less than 7 nights, CitySuites will only provide a biweekly towel change and no housekeeping will be provided during the stay. This is because CitySuites is an aparthotel and offers the space and comfort of a 'home away from home' experience.
Extra cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost. Please speak to reception.
