CitySuites Statement on Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The health and wellbeing of our guests, team members and all those who visit our building is as always our highest priority.
We are actively monitory coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the World Health Organisation and we will continue to respond and update this page regularly once new information is made available by the UK Government. For more information on please refer here.
Based on the evolving guidance from the British Government, WHO and local health agencies, we believe it is our collective responsibility to do everything we can as a business to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.
We have taken the decision to temporarily close our hotel due to the on-going coronavirus situation. For now, our doors will be closed until April 30th, however, as ever during these evolving times, this date may change. For more information on our closure please click here.
We are sorry for any disruptions this may cause to your travel plans over the coming weeks.
What does this mean if you have already booked to stay?
Our 24|7 reservations team will be available to make any amendments to your reservations or to answer any queries. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org or please call 0161 302 0202 to speak to the team.
We are waiving all cancellation fees for any guests who have prepaid on a non-refundable rate or have a flexible reservation booked between now and April 30th.
We’d like to offer all guests with bookings from today until April 30th the option to rebook their stay for a later date within the next 12 months (until April 30th, 2021) at the same rate.
