Great place to stay and feels like home away from home
Just simple and no fuss but feels luxurious. It is a hotel suite/studio flat size room - great touches - fluffy towels, comfy sofa bed is a cloud and what really makes it is the team. I’d been delayed nearly an hour getting into Manchester. I checked in and got to my room and the card key wouldn’t work - reception was really busy but they saw I was back really quickly, they asked is everything ok? Solution needed the concierge who was busy. I explained I was late for dinner - Natrou (an angel in disguise) switched my room so I could get in and change faster. The team always reflect a company ethos. Well done and I’ll be back again. - this was my 2nd visit.

Your stay at CitySuites II
CitySuites II includes a variety of features not found in CitySuites I, which includes a steam room, conference rooms, and our SuperSuites.
Conference rooms, like most of our meeting spaces, can be hired externally. Meaning that you do not need to be a guest at CitySuites at all to hire them if needed. CitySuites I have its own set of amenities that exclusive guests can enjoy.
CitySuites II is open for both leisure and business guests, and for any visitor in Manchester that’s looking for a luxury stay. Our selection of apart-hotels in CitySuites II is suitable for anyone that wants a unique and extravagant accommodation during their stay in Manchester.
Unfortunately no, as the amenities in CitySuites I are only exclusive to guests staying within that building. You can, however, enjoy dining at our bar and grill restaurant, Embankment Kitchen (located at CitySuites I).
Open to the public, Embankment Kitchen offers an exciting grill menu and a fantastic selection of drinks.
Yes, there are parking spaces available for both CitySuites I and II guests. All visitors can go to Q-Park Deansgate North - which is next to both buildings - to park their cars during their stay at CitySuites.
