Our Meeting Spaces FAQs
Choose a meeting room that can accommodate all attendees. With this in mind, think about the size, layout and location.
Ensure that the meeting room you choose has the right amount of seats, and comfortable chairs, and is spacious enough for attendees to move around if required via presentations.
Rentable meeting rooms are the best place to have an easy and cared-for meeting. However, the location is a considered factor when determining the ideal meeting spot.
These rooms can be found in apart-hotels, hotels and coworking spaces. Sometimes they can also be found in coffee shops and libraries!
Prices for renting meeting rooms vary heavily on their features. A meeting room with audio and visual capabilities (such as speakers and TVs) will often be more expensive than ones that do not have these capacities.
For CitySuites, meeting rooms cost £370 for a full day (8 am to 5 pm) hire, and £200 for a half day (8 am to 1 pm, or 1 pm to 5 pm). However, other spaces may vary.
Small meeting rooms are often called boardrooms or “huddle rooms”, which are equipped with audio and video technology.
These rooms provide utilities for quick team meetings to extended business meet-ups. The difference between these rooms and standard meeting rooms is the size - they are often used as alternatives to large conference rooms.
