Exclusive to CitySuites II is our steam room, which you'll find on the ground floor next to our 18m swimming pool and jacuzzi. This building also has a series of generous Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom apartments, perfect for families and longer stays to truly make yourself at home.

Embankment Kitchen, located on the ground floor at CitySuites, is open daily for breakfast. Please note that our busiest time is from 10am to 11am, so if you'd like to dine a bit quicker, we recommend joining us outside of these times.

Citysuites II delivers again!!
A clean slick and comfortable apartment, literally a short walk from the AO Arena and great pubs and shopping. Easy parking just across the street. The best breakfast you will have anywhere, obviously pro-chef prepared and expertly served! Second time we have visited - with a few years gap - if anything I think it has improved. Great small gym and pool. The staff and I mean ALL of them are fantastic and would literally carry you to your room if asked. Thank you!

Your stay at CitySuites II
CitySuites II includes a variety of features not found in CitySuites I, which includes a steam room, conference rooms, and our SuperSuites.
Conference rooms, like most of our meeting spaces, can be hired externally. Meaning that you do not need to be a guest at CitySuites at all to hire them if needed. CitySuites I have its own set of amenities that exclusive guests can enjoy.
CitySuites II is open for both leisure and business guests, and for any visitor in Manchester that’s looking for a luxury stay. Our selection of apart-hotels in CitySuites II is suitable for anyone that wants a unique and extravagant accommodation during their stay in Manchester.
Unfortunately no, as the amenities in CitySuites I are only exclusive to guests staying within that building. You can, however, enjoy dining at our bar and grill restaurant, Embankment Kitchen (located at CitySuites I).
Open to the public, Embankment Kitchen offers an exciting grill menu and a fantastic selection of drinks.
Yes, there are parking spaces available for both CitySuites I and II guests. All visitors can go to Q-Park Deansgate North - which is next to both buildings - to park their cars during their stay at CitySuites.
